Description

A series of photos taken approx. 2 years but freshly manipulated to give a new lease of life to the images.

Some work better than others obviously but in the main I like the effects and where they are leading me.

All comments are welcomed and anyone who wants to buy anything will be loved and cherished for all time.

thanks,
Damian

I've been looking through your gallery and as you said, these manipulations works good to me on some, and other times I wished I have seen the previous original picture. I can only show respect to you for being so frankly open about it. I admit to be more fan of classic looking image with maybe small adjustments so this is a matter of personnal tastes, not quality of work at all. That said, I can get a bit of your artistic approach, and trying to create something different is a very valuable way of thinking. By doing so you are giving the power and liberty to the viewer to see what he wish, not only what you want to display. Such as in this case, your work on this picture have injected another layer of interpretation. For me it is like a dream vision where she is floating on a bed of lava, calmly looking up to be saved from the burning of her soul, or could it be she's luring someone to be the victim of eternal suffering, caught in her web-like trap of fire... Well, all being said, it's really a fine piece of art. If it can reach to someone like me, I guess it could be meaningful to many other people then... Good work!
